This is a note to the New members of the Cassiopeia. As Starfleet Medical Regulations stand all new arrivals must have a physical done with in a month of there arrival. Please stop by sickbay and visit Ensign Wong between now and the end of the month. Hope to see some more Physical Posts coming my way :) . And also on another note Tim and his NPCs are always up for a JP whether it is duty related or off-duty.

It is my sad duty to announce three strikes being given out today. While there are technically seven that could be given out, four of the writers are on a Leave Of Absence and are therefore exempt from being given a strike.

While I am VERY pleased to announce that the sim wrote a record (for us) 105 posts during the month of June, there are some characters that have written few or no posts during this time. I do not intend or desire to hurt anyone's feeling regardless, but I am going to start enforcing posting rules. To assist everyone, here is the relevant posting rule:

1. The posting period is seven days, beginning from Monday Morning 0000 hrs, EST, ending at 2359 hrs Sunday evening, EST. To be considered active a player is expected to make at least one post every seven days, be they individual or joint posts.


I encourage everyone to write more than just that, though!! In recognition of their contributions during the month of June, I am awarding the Captain's Personal Merit award to the following characters:

I would like to belatedly announce two crew awards being given out for the month of May.

First off, the Meritorious Newcomer of the Month Award goes to: Timothy Wong.

Ensign Wong is new to simming as a whole and is even now taking courses in the Cadet Academy, yet still has made an impact on the Cassiopeia, despite everyone being new to the ship! Congratulations!!!

Next is the Crew's Choice Award. There were four people voted for, but the winner is 1st Lieutenant Erica McCormack, our Chief Marine!! She won by a single vote, but I didn't get one myself at all :-( I'll survive! hehehe Congratulations to you too, Erica!!
